The large packaging of flatbread is sufficient (usually above 150g), don't force yourself to eat it all at once. Try these three ways of dividing food:
Play 1: Eat on both sides - dry mix+Noodles in soup
Boil the dough until it is about 70% cooked (with a hard core in the middle), then remove 2/3 of it and make dry mixed noodles. The remaining 1/3 will remain in the pot and continue to cook for 1 minute to soften Noodles in soup. One package has two tastes: dry mix, smooth and powerful, and Noodles in soup, gentle and warm to the stomach.
Gameplay 2: Noodle Pancake
Drain the remaining half of the cooked noodles, use a flat bottomed pan with less oil, spread the noodles flat into a circle, and fry over medium heat until both sides are golden and crispy. Brushed with sweet and spicy sauce or soybean sauce, mixed with raw vegetables and fried eggs, is the Chinese style "noodle pancake with fruit".
Gameplay 3: Frozen noodle chunks
The cooked large portions of noodles are drained with cold water, divided into one serving size and placed in a fresh-keeping bag, flattened, and frozen for storage. When you want to eat, you don't need to thaw it. Simply put it in boiling water or hot pot and blanch for 30 seconds. The taste is almost the same as freshly cooked.
